Deputy Fundraising Manager

About the role: We are looking for an experienced individual with a strong fundraising skills set. The individual will be self-motivated, with the necessary drive and initiative to develop our income streams.

Accountable to:  Chief Executive Officer, but working seamlessly with the Fundraising Manager. The Deputy Fundraising Manager will also work closely with the Operations Manager and the Finance Manager.

Permanent, part time:  2 days per week - 14 hours per week (full time = 35 hours pw)

Location: Based either at head office in Kingston or The Vestry Hall in Mitcham, with hybrid and flexible working.

Salary:  £15,800

Full time/Permanent:  7 hours per week*

*The current role is 7 hours per week so the focus will be on 1:1 - Subject to funding the role will increase in hours from December 2025 and will include classes administration and assessments and registrations

Accountable to: Line Manager (currently CEO) 

Salary: £32,500 (pro rata to hours worked)

Based at: Vestry Hall, Mitcham, CR4 3UD
